Sarah Burton released the collection photos for the Alexander McQueen Spring/Summer 2013 menswear show, and much of this season is linked to the past Fall/Winter 2012 season and also the women’s Resort 2013 collection. This collection is a fully tailored collection set in all sorts of proportions from slim trousers to large trench coats adorned with dragonfly brocades. The footwear is one focal part in which Burton utilized monogram velvet loafers, double monk straps, and two tone oxfords. Much like the Resort 2013 collections the designer used the dragonfly accents and digital-style suiting to spice up the collection. What stands out the most aside from the dragonfly accents is the print of a blazer and bomber jacket that resembled the wings of a dragonfly.
